At Seiko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
